Have you ever thought back into your past? I don't mean a glimpse or just pondering... I am talking about... Thinking back and a pause on key points in your life, the moments that change you and your path forever. Any regrets? I am sure, as I have many myself but no sense in a long pause and keep going back to that particular moment, that is dangerous and can be toxic... I believe to an extent that we are a product of our past and it is up to us to have the want, the desire to change the path our life is in. I am not satisfied with the way my life is now, but pondering on it will not change a thing. Breaking that vicious cycle is a major stumbling stone in life because relationships to a degree will suffer. Either it be family, friendships, co-workers or even loves of our lives.... The past has a sick sense of humor to try to repeat our mistakes or even the raw hurtful emotions if we allow it. Take a long hard look at the inner you, your wants, desires and even how you feel in all situations. Try to overcome what the past had dealt you and leave the thought with a learning experience... While you're at it I hear ice-cream is a great comfort food giggles ♥
